Quotations & Orders
Quotations provided during a consultation are estimates based on the information available at that time and may change after a site visit or final scope confirmation. Orders are confirmed once both parties agree on scope, pricing, and timeline.
Installation & Warranty
Installation is carried out by SmartLiv's certified technicians. Products carry the warranty terms communicated at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage may be affected if installation, repairs, or modifications are carried out by anyone other than SmartLiv or an authorised technician.
